In October, we returned to the Leonardo Royal Hotel in Amsterdam to host the 2025 edition of our Animal AgTech Innovation Summit, and were extremely satisfied with the entire experience.

Liaising with the team could not have been easier. We were fortunate to be working with the dedicated and talented Salome, who was prompt with her responses, and full of enthusiasm to help us realise different ideas on how we wanted to use the space. She was also very considerate when we had last-minute changes to plans or wanted to do something differently. She was also present onsite and helped to make my entire team feel at ease throughout the event.

The Amstel event space is beautiful, with plenty of natural light which helped contribute to a warm and engaging atmosphere. The venue staff tended to the event space with professionalism and pride, ensuring it was spotlessly clean and were on hand immediately to help with any requests made by our team.

The event space was easily accessible for guests, making for a relaxed start to each day. We were very satisfied with the catering, and many of our attendees remarked on the quality of the lunch menu, which was expertly crafted by the chefs. The catering team were excellent in replenishing supplies promptly and at appropriate times. We also engaged with the in-house AV supplier Heuvelman, who were fantastic to work with as well. Steven and his team were professional, punctual and allowed for us to produce our event with ease.

I cannot speak highly enough of the event space and team at the Leonardo Royal Hotel in Amsterdam, and look forward to working with them again soon.
